My Story
I’ve spent my entire career helping people learn, adapt, and thrive with technology.
I was trained as a teacher and began my professional life in schools, where I quickly discovered the joy of breaking down complex subjects so others could succeed. That passion for teaching never left me, even as my career path shifted into computing.
Over the years I worked as:
- Programmer → learning to solve problems through code.
- Business Analyst & Project Manager → guiding large projects for corporations and government departments.
- Consultant & Trainer → kick-starting projects, lecturing, and delivering training to teams across industries.
World Wide Experience
My work has taken me far beyond my home in the UK. I’ve had the privilege of training and advising in Europe, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Far East, the USA, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. Along the way, I’ve trained hundreds of students worldwide — from absolute beginners to experienced professionals — always with the same goal: making technology approachable, useful, and empowering.
